If I could give 0 I would! Went in wanting to go back blonde for the summer, got a completely botched color instead. As you could understand, I did not want to go back to where it was messed up in the first place. I then messaged the owner as she said that she can not do anything about a refund because the stylists are booth renters and that I should’ve called or came back for them to fix it. (Not a chance) However, she did not try and make things right at all. The way she spoke to me in messages shows a lot about character and how she chooses to run her business. So if you’d like to receive an unprofessional job by someone who’s been doing hair for “20 years” go here!!

I stopped in to pick up a package that I had ordered and asked if they had time for a cut. They said sure!!, so I received a great haircut, enjoyed talking and got my package all in one stop!!! It was awesome!!

All of the team members are friendly and make you feel very welcome there. I’ve always felt rather self conscious and out of place at salons in the past and I have never felt uncomfortable with these ladies. Nor have I ever been disappointed with the results! Brandy does a wonderful job with my hair every time, and I am so grateful! I have been to this salon 3 times now and have always been nothing short of ecstatic with the results. All of the team members are friendly and make you feel very welcome there. I’ve always felt rather self conscious and out of place at salons in the past and I have never felt uncomfortable with these ladies. Nor have I ever been disappointed with the results! Brandy does a wonderful job with my hair every time, and I am so grateful! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a appointment at 5:00 pm on 1-28-2021. Arrived at 4:45 pm the stylist the appointment was made with was not there. The owner of the place did not offer to help in anyway. She did not say sorry or anything, she acted like she did not care if I was there or not. I will not go to this place anymore. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They say walk in welcome, I had a appointment and was not welcome. I am responding to owner reply, I was not offered to wait that someone would cut my hair I was there for 10 minutes I was very nice, she never told the stylist to look into it,they just looked at each other. Lovely place! Brandy is my stylist and she is the absolute best. Color, cuts, highlights, you name it! I’ve brought her some lady’s and a child in my family and each of them fell in love with her and her mother Crystal! Never disappoints!!
