I am so disappointed in my experience at Cute Nails. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years, and this has to be the worst experience ever! My mani had to have been some kind of express mani because I had no lotion or oil applied, no massage and I paid full price for it even though the tech said it would be $41 if I did a mani/pedi. The tech clipped all my nails super short, barely trimmed the cuticles, and gave them a round shape, which clearly they were not before he started. The tech never asked me if I wanted them cut down or what shape I wanted. My pedi was super fast, he barely scrubbed the bottom of the feet and didn’t clean up the cuticles. This place came recommended to me, however, I am thinking maybe for dipped or gel nails, certainly not for a mani/pedi. I will not be going back!

I went in for a pedicure and a fill and had an appointment. My Pedicure was rushed. I asked for a standard design of the nail art I wanted on my hands. showed her the picture before hand and even Confirmed she was able to do it and then half way through she was not following the picture and it looked so bad and sloppy. I told her I wasn’t happy and I would like the designs taken off and just to do one color, when she went to remove my polish she cut me with her hand piece on 6 of my fingers and my nails looked so sloppy. Something is also wrong with the top coat they use. It always makes my nails darker or faded and then the next day my nails started chipping.

My experience here was horrible. I went in as a walk in not expecting to be guaranteed a service but they said they could take me for a full set. The nail tech came up to me and seemed irritated and asked what length and color i wanted and signed at my answers. When she first began my nails she answered her phone saying she was “stuck doing this full set” and said her boyfriend couldn’t pick her up because “he doesn’t like to wait”. She didn’t talk to me once while doing my nails and did a poor job. She didn’t cut my cuticles or my natural nails which were moderately long and she was so rough with my nails they were sore for two days. The acrylic on my nails is thick and lopsided and some of my nails curve up. Will not be returning felt disrespected and unwanted.

Went last week. And my nails were ugly. When I requested a color… They didn’t even try to come up with something close… I was just dismissed. I got a dip mid January it started cracking & chipping in less than 7 days. It took me 16 days to get back in. I had to put bandaids over the nails to avoid ripping or snagging them. When i went in today they said the person did the dip improperly and i asked that i NOT be charged full price for the do-over. They ignored my request. I am not sure if i will go back. It was a terrible experience and they identified the cause. No- I’m sorry. Nothing. Just saying this was wrong

1st time here got a couples pedicure this place was highly recommended by a friend so we tried it out the place was nice & comfortable staff was friendly and they did a good job on our feet my tech was great my bf tech seemed to have rushed a bit didnt ask or offer a clear polish or even a nail buff we will give them another chance but overall good experience

First time here and it will most definitely be my last. She rushed everything, and my nails turned out horrible. She didn’t cut my cuticles and I asked towards the end and she said that’s an extra $10? Don’t even waste your time. Not welcoming whatsoever.
