Went 2 weeks ago with my niece. Both of us had pealing chipping nails within 2 days. The women did our nails too quickly and were more concerned with getting back to their tablets than providing good service.

They’ll recommended the most expensive stuff and give you terrible quality. If you value where your money is spent, this place is not where you want your nails done.They are extremely unprofessional and rude to their customers. They don’t fix their mistakes. They would rather yell at you when you have a complaint and talk over you than listen to the words actually being spoken to them. They deserve a negative star rating for the way they treat their customers. “I’m the professional and you’re not” yep thats why every nail tech we spoke to, even ones that provide more expensive (and better quality) services said you’re in the wrong and they would have given a refund for someone being so unsatisfied. Pedicure lasts a couple of weeks, nearly a month without chipping! Great foot massage and the warm towels they use smell like snuggle. Beautiful interior and no gross acrylic smell. Very nice staff as well. Prices are great too. My go to place for quality and relaxation.

New management and entirely new staff. I was really surprised when I went to get my pedicure done that they had entirely new staff. Most of them seemed to speak pretty good English so you could communicate better. I found a few of them were a little rude and it made me wonder what the old staff were saying about all of us when they didn’t speak English. I like the new decorations and trying to make the place more upscale and clean, however, please keep in mind that the service you provide is most important. I want a good pedicure, and don’t want to hear the workers speaking rudely to each other. So I am giving it a 4 star for service I had from a male who was polite and did a good job.

I got a dip gel manicure 2 weeks ago today, which let me remind you are suppose to last 3 weeks are longer. 3 of my fingers on my left hand and 2 of my fingers on my right hand are completely chipped off. This should not be happening with dipped. To me this is extremely disappointing after all the money you pay for this. They will not be getting my business anymore & i do not recommend going.

I do not suggest going here at ALL. I asked for the color red (in the number 119) and they gave me pink in the number 119!!! When i told her this wasn’t my color she said, “oh okaaa” and continued! She also made my tips so uneven. We did not tip her and she did not even apologize. This isn’t my first bad experience here but this was the worst and the last because i will not be getting my nails done her anymore!!! Thanks for listening to me

I’ve been here a handful of times, and unfortunately always leave disappointed. I recently went in and got a dip manicure, and 3 days later two of the nails popped off. I went in to have them fixed that day. Now here I am 4 days after that (a week after I had originally gotten them done), and every single one of my nails have come off. Irritated is an understatement. I will NOT be back.
