The owner knows her stuff! I was introduced by numerous co-workers. The owner is very careful, very picky, about the stylists she brings in. She, herself, does a fantastic job!! The prices are absolutely amazing, especially when you consider the quality of the work!! $20 will get you a great shampoo and cut/style. Blow dry is included, if you wish. They usually style it for me, as well. I ACTUALLY get what’s advertised!

I have driven past this neat little gem several times in the past. Today, I made the decision to stop and pop in. I am so glad that I did. I left feeling gorgeous. I have a brand-new do courtesy of Tammy! I love it!!! You should definitely stop in and try them (They are closed on Thursdays & Saturdays.) Their prices are awesome and the three ladies I met are super friendly. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will definitely be back to visit for my next haircut!

After quarantine I went to get my hair colored and cut. I spent way to much money and about 7 hour in the chair to leave in tears. A couple months later I finally decided to find a place to fix my mess. After reading reviews for Cut Thru Cuts I decided to give them a try, and I am soooo happy I did. I do not go to the “beauty shop”. I prefer to grab a haircut, or trim like I would a burger and fries- quick, in and out, & cost friendly. I dont care for shop talk, gossip circles, or to see the latest celebrity style magazine of hairdos. I am a simple girl . So one day, shortly before the pandemic, I was out and about & needed a trim. At the Kroger on 92 and Wade Green rd, I remembered this place i had passed so frequently on Robin Rd, Cut Thru Cuts. For whatever reason-in a hurry, traffic or one of life’s many issues, had always kept me from checking them out before. I whipped the car into a parking spot and walked inside. “HEY BABY, we will be right with you,” I was promised. I took a seat in the cozy waiting area & looked around. There were 2 equally friendly ladies, and one customer there. I began to listen to their chat and found myself giggling a couple times over the banter back and forth. They covered kids, grand kids, “back in the day” 80’s hairstyles, Men, husbands, boyfriends and all the stuff that doesn’t normally interest me. Yet, here I was listening, laughing and participating in the conversation! That’s how comfortable the place and these ladies make you feel. I was right at home. It took a bit longer than I expected to wait, but i am a terribly impatient sort. I always am late for something, need to be somewhere, etc. The lady in the chair was in my opinion, a lonely woman who maybe didn’t share like this much. Maybe she didn’t have a lot of people to talk to. That was the vibe I got and I could see the hair stylist, and owner also sensed this. Seeing me waiting, & apparently finished with the lady’s haircut & style, she sort of winked at me & gave me the unspoken “just a sec” index finger. My impatient, too busy for silly stuff, gotta go now self remained in my seat for a few more minutes as slowly the customer paid & made it to the door. She was still chatting away as she exited the shop. I was moved at the way the shop owner listened to her, asked her questions, and engaged as a real friend with the lady. She never rushed her even though it was closing time and I was waiting. For some reason this not only didn’t bother me, but it made me introspectively vow to be more patient with others, and slow myself down a little. This shop talk, it turns out, is quite fun and for some, the only time in which they can brag, complain, ask an opinion or share an event with others. We live in a hurry up world and don’t make enough time to listen. The kicker of my visit was a wonderful fast and efficient hair cut for only $12! Yes, that is right-$12. I found the price great, the cut wonderful, and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere refreshing . This place is a true gem. They offer many hair services including color, so don’t pass it up the next time you need a cut. I waited for months until they re opened after quarantine, to get another cut. I hadn’t left there 10 mins before I had received compliments on my hair! Whatever they do there, they do it right. If you dont feel like an old friend walikng in, you will walking out!
