Not even a week after getting dip powder put onto acrylic, two of my nails are broken without any logical reason for them to be broken besides them being poorly done. Knockout Nails’ work last me weeks. The friend I went with who got the same service from a different technician also has broken nails. Really really disappointed as this was my first time there and I will not be going back. The service was great, but the product is not worth it. I don’t recommend.

I’ve been here 3 times and the most recent was the most disappointing. My nails cracked (dip powder) and the manager was unable to fix them without charging me to get my nails done. I went out on a limb having this place do my nails once again after a bad experience (in November last year). Very disappointed. They have good customer service and my nails looked great for 3 days. I’ve never had dip last for only 3 days, but the person in charge seemed to think this is normal. It’s a hard pass for me!

First time going. Called and made same day appointment for my girls and me. They were able to get us in and was ready for us when we got there. Great atmosphere and service. The ladies were extremely nice. Did not feel rushed like at other places I’ve been. Extremely satisfied and will be going back.

So great about same day appointments. A bit more expensive than my usual place, but the options make up for it. The pedicures are absolutely amazing. Make sure you go all out because it is well worth it. So relaxing and even a month later my polish is still looking great. As for the dipping… My gal was so gentle with my hands and soon extra care to be sure I knew what I wanted before doing it. I usually try to go during the week so its not quite so busy… But nail salons get busy so definitely have an appointment.

Amazing location, beautiful salon, and great service. This is definitely the place to go to enjoy a drink with friends while relaxing at the pedicure bowls. All the options including shellac toe nails. Clean, new, and great atmosphere.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been a recurring and loyal customer to B Nails for the past 6 months. I’ve went through two loyalty cards as well. Two of my nails had broke and I went back to get them fixed. I picked out the color that i thought I used the last visit and it was clearly wrong. After paying to have my nails all be the same color I asked if we could remove the wrong color and find the right one. She refused to take off the dip and said she wanted to go home and she offered to put a design on my nail. I explained I came back to get my nail fixed and to have all my nails be the same color as these would be on my hands for the next month at least. She proceeded to find a lighter color and dipped my fingers into it. She skipped a few steps after that and I am aware of it because I get my nails done at least once a month. I felt extremely uncomfortable and was upset with the final product because my nails were the wrong color and treated poorly. I have been to B nails 3+ times now and have always had a pleasant interaction with the staff. However, I do wonder about the quality of their dip powder. I can typically wear dip for 3 weeks with no issues, and after not even a week of getting them done here I continuously have problems. The dip begins to crack, lift up at the base, or chip completely. I have gone in twice to have a chipped nail re-done, and once to get a nail that was broken fixed (see second photo) to which she sanded it down a bit and added some more dip on top, but as you can tell, it is still obvious that the nail is broken. In the past, other salons have re-done the entire nail so it looks premium. All photos were taken one week from appointment.
