Worst customer service! I was never greeted as I walked in. Then when someone finally acknowledged me, she blamed me for wanting to get my nails done. I just wanted a new nail set. She would have to soak the old set off. The lady was very rude. Personally I think this place is racist. She actually helped someone else before me. This is the last time I’m visiting this place!

I come here every two weeks for my bi weekly gel manicure. It’s a hit or miss depending on the days you go and the nail tech they assign you to. Some weeks I’ve left extremely happy and others I wanted to back and have them re do it all over. Overall, this place has helped my with my nail growth.

These are the nails I got done for a vacation and they were all fully destroyed within 3 days. They have no refund policy and they will fix it within 3 days. I am attaching part of their response where they state that if i wasnt happy then why did i leave a tip. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. VENUS NAILS ON OSCEOLA IS MUCH MUCH BETTER.I don’t know what product they use but my nails broke in 3 days and the SNS was all cracked and it has snapped off on the cracks. I hadn’t had any appointments and they accepted me easily. Duyan was very quick and professional, and it took only 45 minutes for her to get my nails done! I am so satisfied with her service as she didn’t make my nails look fake!

Love to come and do my nails and pedicure every time I visit Orlando. They do a great job making your feet smooth and pretty. Also gives you some time to relax. Their foot massage is heavenly!

Duey, Jenny, and Thao are some of the best there. My favorite is THAO SHE IS AMAZING. Is super attentative to detail, takes her time, and constantly asks me if I like them and if I would like to change anything. In and out within an hour. She’s quick but makes sure the job is flawless. I personally get french manicures , dip powder, with a glitter pink and she makes it look natural Everytime. She only works Monday-Saturday. Book her in advance!
