I’ve had a manicure here (excellent) I think her name was Katie? Then I had 2 pedicures since then. The same girl did my first pedicure. Excellent. The 3rd time I went back, I had a technician who spoke NO english and had to have a translator to talk to me. Then all of the tools that she used for my pedicure were rinsed in a sink and someone grabbed them off of a towel for the next customer. Ick. To top it off, when I went to pay and they didn’t allow me to tip on my credit card, the guy was totally rude to me about it. Won’t go back!

I have been going to this shop for several years and have had nothing but excellent service. My nails & pedi’s always look great. The people who own this shop are friendly & kind. They talk to their customers. Shops I have been in don’t even try to strike a conversation with you but the people at Crystal Nails does. I have referred many of my friends to them and all have been very satisfied. I love going to sit & relax and be pampered..you won’t be disappointed
