She even took the time after my massage to sit down with me to discuss the mind body connection, what she noticed about where I’m holding tension, and what I can do to relax more on a daily basis. I’m so pleased to have found a massage therapist who specializes in what I need, is very knowledgeable about it, and genuinely cares for the well-being of her clients. Her home studio is super cozy with a very warm ambiance to complete the total massage experience! I highly recommend!!
