I received a pedicure and manicure at Crystal Nails. During my pedicure I tried to inform Preston that there was still a callus on my toe after paying extra to have it removed. I was ignored. He also did my manicure and the shellac was too thick and did not cover the whole nail. I went back in the day after to have both issues corrected. I asked for someone else to fix them other than Preston. A lady named Ann was nice enough to redo my feet and fix the shellac. She did an amazing job getting the dead skin off of both of my feet. She also fixed the shellac on my nails. After three days the shellac was chipping. I returned to have it corrected. Now it is two days after the correction and they are chipping again! I will not be returning to Crystal Nails. I paid $133 dollars (after tipping both Ann and Preston) for a major disappointment!

i went for my birthday to get my nails done it was my first time here so i was hesitant. someone came and started my nails, did acrylic on one finger and then left right after. i waited 15-20 minutes before someone came to finish my nails. i don’t remember ego she was but the woman who finished my nails left my hands messy and sticky and left giant clumps underneath the nail tips. one nail is a different blue than the rest but was used from the same powder. in the picture below the index finger is more blue and the rest of the dark blue has more silver. on one of my white nails she didn’t wait for it to dry completely before going to drill file to smooth it out so the top is more flat and thin. overall my nails came out good but didn’t necessarily enjoy my experience

Critical: QualityI went to this salon for the first time for a new set of acrylic nails and within one week I had a nail break and acouple of days later another. It was trimmed so thin it’s no wonder they broke. When I went in to get it fixed I waited more than 40 minutes before someone could get to me. It was rushed once I got someone and the color didn’t match. I was very disappointed in the quality I received, the color wasn’t even around the complete nail and again was too thin. I went to this salon for the first time for a new set of acrylic nails and within one week I had a nail break and acouple of days later another. It was trimmed so thin it’s no wonder they broke. cut me multiple times, i do have thinish nails but after leaving this place i barley had any nail left, i could feel the heat from the drill on my nail bed..he used a metal drill on the highest setting on my natural nail..i will never go back. Now to start the journey to grow them completely out before i can even get them done again.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueDO NOT go here! I came less then two weeks ago with my step mom for them to give a pedicure and acrylic manicure. Everything was so rushed because they were busy. There are spots that didn’t have color and acrylic coming off. Two of the acrylic nails itself has broken off on the nail itself. They said you can come back in for any problems with it if it’s been less than two weeks and I did and the guy that did my nails wasn’t there so I had to talk to him on the phone. He stated that he can’t fix the nail itself and only add color to it. They were super unprofessional to only add color and not fix the broken nails and acrylic coming off.
