Not very pleased. I came here to try out because the dips were $15 cheaper than what I’d been paying. It’s been a week and some of the dip power is chipping away at the base of the nail bed because it was too thick. I was getting a French manicure and the technician started using the white tip powder over the entire nail, giving it an overall wire look. He realized it and instead of redoing it, put another layer of pink thinking it was good enough. My nails don’t look awful, but it’s definitely not a French manicure.

It’s been less than two weeks and my nails are HORRIBLE. Polish is peeling. Acrylic is chipped. I’ve been at the same job, not doing hard labor and my nails have NEVER not lasted for longer than a week. I most definitely will not be back. And it sucks because I literally have to find time in between my busy schedule to get my nails done. Now I have to wait until I can get time smh

This is an updated nail salon with lots of color nail options to choose from. I was seated right away and Lin was the best! She really takes care with the nail service provide and very gentle. I arrived for a pedicure at 11am. I called prior and was told a gel pedicure was $43. When I arrived, a gentleman motioned to the back chairs, but didn’t explicitly tell me to go there. I waited at the front counter then asked if they were ready for me to go back. He motioned for me to go sit there. I sat for about 15 minutes and then approached the desk again. No one had been by to speak to me, and I was wondering if I could just get a color in mind? I asked one of the patrons, and she gave me some rings of nails bc no one was coming forward when I asked. After about 10 minutes of looking through the rings with the other lady, an employee laid out the shellac colors and went back to her client. I browsed them and went back to my seat. No one said anything to me. I did not receive any information on how long the wait would be at any point–but I’ve never been instructed to a pedicure chair where my service wasn’t started within at least 10 minutes. I don’t mind waiting–I just want it to be communicated. I stayed way longer than I should have without being acknowledged. At 12 noon, 1 hour after I arrived, I put my shoes back on and left–again, without a single word from any employee. My advice, go at least to establishment where you won’t be treated as if you are invisible, where you are communicated with on wait times, and can clearly see what type of polishes you are supposed to be choosing from. You should never feel like you are a bother or an imposition to any place you go.

I’ve been a client for years at this establishment (prior to the name change and when they still owned Colorful Nails on Washtenaw). Since the new name and remodeling, customer service has been terrible! They no longer value customers or care to create the experience. It’s all about fast services and who’s going to spend the most money. I will no longer patronize/support this business.

You know it’s bad when I just left there and have to write a bad review. Service was horrible. I sat and my nails were being soaked off for 30 minutes. And then I wanted to change my nail polish because I didn’t like the color and the nail tech got an attitude. Like she is in a rush. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning. Horrible experience
