I will say that the shop was clean and they were very friendly to their regulars in the shop but the prices are wrong on the board. Asked for the $45 deluxe pedicure, confirmed that was the price with gel polish. When I payed it was $60 and I didn’t even get the whole deluxe pedicure, my friend started before me and I finished first because my lady didn’t massage my feet or legs like my friend got. Will not go again or recommend them

After getting a pedi here, I developed nail fungus. I had not had my toe nails done in a long time and havent been able to go anywhere since. Either the tubs or the tools weren’t cleaned properly. I will not be coming back.

This nail salon is AMAZING. They take their time and really make you feel like a priority. I had been with the same salon for 5 years, but after my technician moved, I needed to find a new salon. After trying 6 salons, I found Crystal Nails. The environment and calmness in the salon makes you feel relaxed and really enjoy getting your nails done. Even when it’s busy, Tom & Judy still make you feel like a priority and take the time to do your nails right. I honestly couldn’t be happier and if I had known Crystal Nails was so amazing, I would have made this my salon before my previous place. Highly highly highly recommend.

I work in this complex and have never tried due to people warning not to. Should have listened but I thought I’d try. I’ve spoken no words aside from yes please and okay. Paid for manicure and she did nothing but file uneven. Nothing else. And pedicure just got worse. Shoving my feet around very impatiently. Even handed me clippers to cut my own. Oh and let’s not forget holding up my own feet to scrub them. I’ve been doing my nails for about 16 years now. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I don’t post reviews normally. But I’m about to walk out much less even pay. And there is still, after an hour of both. No paint on either hands or feet. I’m a bit offended this is in such a nice shopping center. Enter at your own risk. Or please find a better one. Wow

I went in last week hoping this could be my new nail place but was disappointed to see that the nail tech did not touch my cuticles at all before putting dip on my nails which a week later has resulted in my dip cracking and peeling off from the bottom. The woman doing my nails would dig into my hand with her nails which made the experience extremely unpleasant. I do not recommend getting dip from this place at all.

I went there a few hours ago and walked right in. I was told on the phone that it would be $13 for a manicure. I got there and the woman asked if I wanted Jell paint. I asked her repeatedly if it was just nail polish and a regular manicure. She said yes each time. When she was done she told me it was $28. That’s more than double what I was told it would be. I paid the $28 and left a $2 tip. I planned on leaving more of a tip, but I was very mad that I was lied to.
