When doing my gel manicure yesterday, the technician cut my nails so short (without checking with me about length) then cut a cuticle so deeply it continues to bleed today. Because of the ongoing bleeding during the manicure, that finger’s polish is completely jacked up. And to add insult to injury, they charge led me full price. I’m in a wedding in 6 days and this won’t be healed by then. I’d post a picture if that were an option, because it’s shockingly bad.

Amazing service!!! Catered to your needs and offered for a small increase in price, extras upon request!! Provided exceptional Covid precautions; spacing, distancing along with adhering to mask! Temperature scan prior to services. Appt was made so not sure if walk in are accepted(I would call 1st). Not sure if a parking lot is available but I used side street metered parking. I would definitely recommend and return!!

They had hands-free hand sanitizers, they took your temperature and a Covid screening and had barriers between the worker and consumer. I definitely recommend!!!!!!

Crystal Nail and Spa at 280-282 Montgomery Avenue is a RIP OFF. They are advertising a special price for manicure-pedicure of $33, but they talk you into the “Deluxe” version for $45. The kicker was a $5 charge added because I am a MAN. I will take my business elsewhere.
