Kerina was awesome, you won’t regret booking with her!! She was super professional and personable. This was my first Brazilian wax ever and she made the experience so comfortable. I found her through a Groupon and was unfortunately having some issues with the voucher I purchased. She was understanding and honored the price anyways with no hesitation. I would never go to this salon just because they were very unprofessional. I called to tell them I could not make the apt as my dad was in the hospital and I worked all night and then did not sleep all day as I was upset. Their response was you did not cancel in time and we are going to charge you 25.00. So rude…..I was going to reschedule but plan to find another salon that is a little nicer and more understanding.
