I have been going to Creative Nails and Spa for 1 year now this month. Each time I have gone I have taken pictures of the product after. I love it here, they nail the look I want every single time. Whether it be summer nails, winter nails, beach nails, holiday nails, they absolutely kill it. Not to mention it never breaks my bank. $30 for nails?? Yes please!!! I will never go anywhere else again, these people are over achievers and without a doubt the best nail shop in Pittsburgh.

Cant give 0 stars. I went here because my normal salon couldn’t fit me in and I desperately needed my nails done. That was a mistake. I got a dip manicure on a Thursday and by Saturday they started cracking. They look AWFUL. The top coat wasn’t UV cured so of course it’s going to crack. The tech was ok, kind of quiet and stopped doing my nails multiple times to check her phone and talk to other people. I picked this place based on the 4.3 stars but I wouldn’t go here again. I spent $50 to hate my nails 2 days later lol. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been going for manicures and pedicures here for 3+ years noticed a decline in service over the last few months. Went for a pedicure today that lasted about 20 minutes including the wait time of sitting in the chair, no lotion for massaging, no basic callus work. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. Went here for my graduation nails and paid $40 for a simple gel manicure, no design or anything. They did not have that many gel options compared to other salons to begin with and I’ve experienced a full manicure w/ hot towel and massage included for as little as $32. The nails were okay, could have been filed better though. Maybe depending on the nail tech, you may have a better experience than me.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came to this place as a walk in, I was surprised at how fast I was taken care of. The nail tech was so kind, but not over talkative (let me relax) . I honestly could not believe how long my polish lasted. I got standard, regular polish and it’s been weeks, and it still looked great, no chipping. I actually had to file most of it off, because I had broken a nail and had no choice but to trim the others. Very impressive, considering some salons you get polished and it barely lasts 12 hours! The pedicure was very nice too, very relaxing massage, I could have stayed there all day! I honestly could not believe how long my polish lasted. I got standard, regular polish and it’s been weeks, and it still looked great, no chipping.
