I went to Fermin for my usual haircut as my usual barber (from a different shop) was not available for the day. On top of my having to explain exactly how I wanted my hair cut at least four different times throughout, he didn’t cut it anywhere close to how I wanted. He left multiple spots that needed to be fixed as well. I am sure Creative Minds has good barbers, but I will not be booking Fermin again.
