If I could give more than 5 Stars- I would. Going to Creative Fingers Hair Salon as a 1st Timer was quite the experience. From the time you enter the suite you are greeted with a smile and positive vibes. I had the pleasure of having Michelle, the owner, do my hair and she was fantastic! I have been natural for over 20 years and decided to get a chemical treatment. Michelle was wonderful at “holding my hand” every step of the way as she knew this was a major decision for me. My experience started with a consultation where Michelle gathered my hair history and discussed options. She affirmed my decision and made me feel very comfortable in my decision making process. The day of my appointment I must say- I was quite nervous. Before Michelle, started my hair she reassured me that everything was going to be just fine and my hair was going to look fantastic. Every step of the way, Michelle inquired about how I was doing-making sure that my scalp was okay. This showed me how much she cared about my overall experience. Once my hair was complete, Michelle was so excited for me! I shared her sentiments as my hair looks and feels GREAT! I walked out of the salon with such confidence and feeling so secure with my decision. Michelle is THE BEST- Hands Down! Thank you Creative Fingers for making my experience a very pleasant and positive one. I look forward to having you be a part of this new chapter in my life. Looking forward to my next visit. Got an amazing relaxer here. Michelle kept me informed at each stage of the process, always telling me which product she was using. Most importantly, she put up privacy screens at the door so I didn’t have to worry about any guys walking by (I’m Muslim and wear hijab). I highly recommend her to all black people and/or hijabis. When I started going to Creative Fingers my hair was dry and damaged but after being serviced by Cassie for the past 2 years my hair is now, healthy, thick and has been retaining its length. Initially, when I met with Cassie I came in suggesting services that I thought I needed, but Cassie took her time and explained to me what I really needed and assured me that she would never lead me to a service that I did not need. That was the deal breaker for me because I immediately knew that I could trust her. The salon is owner Michelle along with the other stylists always greet me with love and the environment is always clean and professional. I highly recommend Creative Fingers to anyone looking for a healthy hair experience. You won’t be disappointed and it will be worth your time.

It came out AMAZING! I am able to do my hair myself when unable to get to the salon and I cannot say enough positive things. I’m happy I made the switch (it works for me and my lifestyle) and I’m happy to have Michelle there to make sure my relaxed hair stays healthy and long. This has been my home salon for years, but after 5+ years of being natural, in November 2021 I asked the owner, Michelle for a relaxer. It came out AMAZING! I am able to do my hair myself when unable to get to the salon and I cannot say enough positive things.
