They can’t keep staff. Once you get acquainted with one person, they are soon replaced by another. I ended up losing money on one of their “discounts” simply because the person originally spoke with (who is no longer there) failed to tell me I had to use all the treatments in a certain amount of time. I won’t be going back. There are so many other spas and aestheticians in our area. There’s no need to pay for subpar service with little results.

I went to this place last week. I got lost originally because someone told me they were across from the CVS near beltway 8 and W Lake Houston but it turned out to be the wrong one. I didn’t have a problem with that because it was only 4-5 miles away from where they said and a simple mistake.

The staff is friendly and altogether it was a Great experience! Keira is wonderful! I got fillers and literally only had one bruise. Kristan is also very good! I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend both ladies!!!
