Do not waste your time or money here. The owner is so rude. All I told her was that I wanted pink under my french nails and she got so offended and said “honey, I’m very experienced. Don’t tell me what to do. This is your first time doing nails?”. And proceeded to make fun of me to the employee next to her. I don’t know why she thinks insulting people is okay when all they do is tell the type of nail they want to get like how normal people do when they go to nail salons. And the audacity to ask if I want to tip at the end. Don’t run a business if you don’t know how to interact with customers. If she treats and talks people who are nice and patient this way imagine what she would do to others. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Valentina’s nail salon in front if it. Way better reviews and nicer people and salon with great prices still.

I have been going here since I was in high school. That was over 30 years ago. The girls are gray and so is the owner. It never really is a long wait. Usually you are getting your hands done while you are getting your feet done. I am clumsy and more times then not I messed up a nail. They always fix it.

Absolutely terrible is an understatement, terrible service, disgusting environment and rude workers. When you ask them to fix their mistakes they give an attitude. Nails had bubbles and fabric particles left in it. They do not cut cuticles and everything is so rushed even when you’re the only customer there. Stay far away from this place. If anything lower than 1star was a possible, they’d deserve much less.

Fast service at a great price, best shop in the area. The owner has gone out of her way for responsible customers. I have seen her be firm with people who want to haggle on prices or try to walk out without paying. That’s fair to protect business for those who are honest.

So I never get my nails done and today my girl said I should try. For the sake of making my girl happy, we tried this spot. First impressions, why is the manager all over the place. She could not stop talking in Chinese, I feel she was insulting me. She threatened to call the police because I felt the experience and the quality that was put in was terrible. So called “Owner” should be aware people can make complaints on her about how DIRTY the store really is!!

This has to be the worst experience. I wanted to treat my elderly mother to a makeover. The owner was so unprofessional. She left wax all around my moms eyes and when i brought it to her attention, she roughly put a cream on my mother’s face. She was so aggressive she put it inside my mother’s eye. I had to tell her to stop and that i would do it. My poor mother was in pain and had difficulty seeing. This woman was unapologetic and said next time go to another salon. Smh i can’t believe this place is even open. I felt so bad for my mother. Needless to say, our makeover day was cut short because of this salon’s lack of professionalism. I won’t be going back and honestly recommend everyone to stay away. As for the nasty owner, I hope her business is shut down entirely.
