I REALLY wanted to like this haircut. The stylist who cut my hair was nice and appeared competent. But after getting home and straightening my hair (my hair was wet upon leaving), I realized how totally uneven my hair is. Not really a great experience. I had to trim my extremely long hair without losing the length. The hair dresser showed me the bit of hair she would be cutting but what happened was more than that!! The staff was having their own fun time and laughs than concentrating on customers. Not really thinking of going here again!!

Megan was nice but she cut my hair shorter than she said she would. Then the POS system I tried to tip 15 percent. But Apparently the numbers on their system are DOLLAR amounts which I have never ever seen on a credit card tipping system. What a joke… 15 dollar tip on a 20 dollar haircut. I would never have done that willingly. I think it is a tricky setup. I’m never going back and I think people should be warned more clearly what the numbers are…. there were no dollar signs or anything on the numbers and every other store with this kind of system those are percentages.
