1 star is to good for this review…Today, 01.17.23, I went to this location for a bang trim scheduled for 11:00. The girl who greeted me appeared to be the only 1 there, & did not introduce herself & was a young girl. ( she sat me @ her station, which was 1st station on the left, so Cost Cutters management who reads this review can figure out who this person was). She clarified that I wanted a bang trim. I agreed & showed her the picture of how I currently wear my bangs & how I would like the bang trim to look like when I am done & could she cut it like the picture. She hesitated before giving me a snotty “yes” answer & then gave me a glare. I immediately grabbed my purse off her station, & told her “Since you act like you don’t want to do my bang trim, I will go somewhere else” & I walked out. So if you read this review Cost Cutters, this employee needs some serious customer service skills!!!!!

I was looking for a place to get my daughter’s hair cut before her upcoming neurosurgery. She hasn’t had the best experience cutting her hair short and was nervous about doing it again, but she was so happy with the way Sara cut her hair we have been back to see her many times since then and this weekend I’m taking my 2 year old in for her first hair cut! If your like my daughter and are nervous everytime you need to get a hair cut due to bad experiences in the past, I recommend you book an appointment with Sara. Sges been doing hair since she was a teenager and it shows. Shes great.

I know I was given 7days to go back if I was unhappy but the hair cut I received from here makes me skeptical to go back in. I asked for layers. The cut was complete and my hair was wet it looked great! Got home and the choppy mess I found once dry, even has my husband saying we will spend the extra $$ to fix it at a different salon. So don’t leave until your hair is dried. Save yourself the debate to go back, just get your hair dried. Im sure it would have been problem solved if I just dried it there… but now I’m skeptical to go back and see what else could go wrong.

I have been getting my haircut here for 2 years. I followed one of the hairstylist who is the owner now, Carletta. She is amazing at cutting hair, she has a lot of patience, she listens to what you want, show look at a picture of something that you took or brought in to show an example of what you want done, and she’s done it every time. She and her staff are so incredibly caring, and attentive to their clients. They’re very quick about getting your appointment and your haircut done, there is not a wait much at all. I really love going to this place because they genuinely care about their clients, and they’re not just out to get you to buy products an additional items. They have great recommendations for you if you come in undecided. I highly recommend this specific Cost Cutters! ♂️ ♀️ ♀️ ♂️

The lady that done my hair I for got her name… But she was very friendly, I came in for a ombre look. I have dark almost black virgin hair. I understand it will not be as blonde as i wanted do to my hair being so black. She did great on the color and great on my cut….but they ombre looked pretty bad. It just was not blended correctly. I know everyone can make mistakes so I did called back and the manager shayne is letting me come back in to see if he can fix it! so Im pretty happy about that. He gave me no trouble at all! so hopefully it will look better. But over it was a good experience.

I am so lucky to have Danielle as my hairdresser and also my friend! She has done an amazing job every time she’s done my hair. She’s gotten me to the perfect blonde I’ve always wanted and most recently she did my rose gold hair! She did so good her co-worker made a comment saying that was the prettiest rose gold hair she’s seen. And she of course gives great haircuts. Danielle also gives great advice/recommends the best products for my specific hair type on how to care for my hair afterwards and how to keep the color. The overall environment of being in that salon is simply a joy. Everyone who works there made it fun and treated customers very well. I will always come back and will continue to recommend this salon, especially Danielle. Thank you!
