Okay here’s the story I called around 345 and they make an appointment as soon as possible if they allow walk-ins and I asked, do you guys allow walk-ins and they said OK they can put me in as an appointment now and once I get there everything seems fine I have trust that I will get a nice haircut but today the first time trying to trust this a place that is not my regular barber/salon was a diabolical disaster I am furious about my haircut and I should’ve known that the lady had no idea how to cut hair for a man even though they show pictures of men’s haircuts at their place which I really don’t understand if they don’t know how to cut men’s hair right and I have another thing against the lady that did my hair because she’s just seem to just rush through it and completely messed up my hairline and my hair growth. I’ve been waiting weeks to get my haircut to a good length for a nice taper or fade and she did none of those things as I asked her because she seemed completely confused and untrained and I was upset, but I did not want to make a scene at all and of course, it takes in the total 10 minutes that she finished my haircut, and I even asked her “ is that the taper? “ and she proceeds to tell me that she has giving me what I asked her when really she has not. And of course I’m tired of my day and I want to go home. So I go ahead and pay and she has the audacity to ask me for a tip please whatever you do do not go to this location because it has poorly experience employees that don’t know how to give a customer for what they’re looking for shame on them.

The haircut I received is pictured below. My normal stylist has cut her hours back recently and she’s booked months in advance. My daughter and I were in desperate need of a trim. The only reason I gave two stars is because I did go back and had it fixed by another young lady. Hair is much shorter than anticipated and overall unhappy with the cut. Pay the extra money and find yourself a good stylist.

Let me preface I’ve been going here for quite a while. I went in today to get a major, but simple hair cut. My hair was ALL one length, and it was down pretty close to my butt. Patty was my stylist. I went in asking for mid chest (6 inch) cut off and CURTAIN bangs. My hair is curly, so I paid for the extra to have it washed so it was easy for THEM to cut it. I showed her a picture of the reference I wanted with mid length curtain bangs to frame my face she cut the length I asked for and then looked at the reference picture and gave me bangs across my forehead. She then half dried them and laugh and goes (wow good thing I didn’t cut them shorter huh) coming home I styled it and there was no even part to anything of the cut. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I called to complain and was refused a refund, and then was told “if you want to come in I’ll fix what can be fixed but the too short pieces there’s nothing that could be done” I am not sitting in a new salons chair getting THEIR horrible cut fixed. Do not whatsoever recommend if this is how regular clients are treated.

It would appear that I’m not the only one that has had problems with Patty… She absolutely butchered my hair and got really annoyed when I kept asking for adjustments. I asked for a simple haircut with clear instructions on how I would like it cut – and she kept going around what I asked so that she could do what she thought would be better for me. Longer when I kept asking for shorter, layers when I specifically stated no layers, etc. Absolutely unacceptable and rude. $30 for nothing.

I had Patty cut my hair for the second time today. I usually get a haircut on a whim and a year ago I had Patty for the first time and she did a good job. But in between today and the first time I had Patty I have a lot of other girls pull them I also like but when I decided to make an appointment with them they had both left. The time before this I went on a whim and I got the worst girl I could have possibly ended up with. She was headstrong she acted like she knew it all she was condescending and outright rude. After I left after we exchanged some rude comments and on my way home I noticed that my hair was not even on one side versus the other side. I called the store asked to talk to the girl whose name I can’t remember and she was kind of snotty and said to come back. She said it looked fine but it was not fine so she finally did what I said needed to be done. When I got home I finished trimming the longer side to match the shorter side. But today was like a breath of fresh air with Patty. She took great pride and asking me exactly what type of cut I wanted and she would answer any questions that I had as she was cutting my hair so that I would know how I could style it like how she did and what type of products to use. I could not have been more happy with the haircut that Patty gave me today. She is a gem in my eyes.

When she noticed there are 2 customers waiting she hurriedly trimmed my hair. I complained to her that she did not trim the inch I like. She told me that she did and her tone was changed. Seems she got mad. Then i told her, never mind i have to go. She then let me sat back in chair and her voice changed in a nice but in cold tone. I told her that my hair is longer than at the back. She always saying that it is straight. Even a child can notice if it is straight or not.
