They’re getting a two-star review not because of the stylist that cut my hair… She’s five star… But because of their online call ahead system… At a 3:33 time that my stylist would be ready, when I got there she was finishing up with some of the took about 20 minutes and then there was still somebody ahead of me… Apparently Even though I arrived at 3:30 the stylist is forced to take people that were waiting ahead of me… I didn’t leave till about 4:30… Very bad system

Margie was the stylist and she didn’t say anything the entire time, she was pressing her stomach into me and more than that she was digging her clippers into my skin. I’ve never said ow before to a haircut. That’s new. On top of all of this she didn’t give me the haircut that I wanted. It looks nothing like the photo I gave for reference. In addition they say the haircut includes a steam towel which I did not get. For the $24 I paid I still might have to go and get another haircut somewhere else. The hairstylist worked as if I were a sheep to be shorn, rather than a paying customer. She operated way too fast,, and I was sure she might cut into my flesh at any moment. Thank God, she didn’t. She also rambled on how at 34 she was old and had paid her dues, and that she deserved a great deal of respect for having reached that milestone. 34! Are you kidding me?! For a former college graduate and military veteran whos’s about to turn 60 on 1/11, all I could do is laugh in quiet disbelief. The hairstylist also called me dear and honey from the beginning of our encounter. Very condescending and unprofessional, unless you’re in a strip club.The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the haircut was decent. Decent, mind you. Not outstanding.
