Too embarrassed to even show what they did they completely ruined my hair and the front of my hair she also couldn’t follow simple instructions on how to cut it. I’m never going to another “Cost Cutters” and I suggest you don’t either for your own good.

Been having a rough go at life, needed a hair cut to help feel better about myself, and I feel WAY WORSE. Pretty sure it was the assistant manager that butchered my hair. I asked for it blended and layers done. She never even touched my layers, my sides are super uneven and half of my hair doesnt fit in a ponytail. The frame around my face on the left side goes 3 inches before it drops off to the rest of my hair, and the other side is shorter but goes not even an inch before it drops off. The whole cut took barely 5 minutes. I should have said something but I didnt want it ruined even further, plus I’m bad at confrontation also “rough go at life rn” my anxiety is through the roof and now a bad day turned into a bad week until I can get it fixed at a more professional place.

The woman cutting my hair asked if I was looking for layers or a straight cut, etc. Asked her what layers might look like and she repsonded by telling me her hair was a bad example because the color was fading out, but that hers was layered. She had the most awful, choppy layers I’ve ever seen. I told her I’d just like to stick with a straight cut. My hair is definitely shorter in the front, by at least half an inch. Also have seen some horrible cuts and colors from someone working there just out of beauty school. They should probably go back.
