Sooo, visited the “Salon” yesterday.. After implying that there was no availability the place was empty. No customer greeting at all. I had asked for an experienced person but was cool when I realized the desk person was going to cut my hair. We talked at length about my wanting her to leave as much of the length that she could (I’d been growing it out) and to shape it around my face… She nodded said she understood and did none of it. She just chopped it off. I was silently upset on my way the pay – but their system wasn’t working and I was told that I could leave. Looking like a boy on my birthday was bad enough, until they called me this morning… When I mentioned being deeply unhappy with the service, Janna demanded full payment for a terrible cut – and threatened to call the police on me multiple times. Buyer please beware: They are not members of the BBB and care nothing about your experience or your hair.

Janna at Flaunt Salon is wonderful! She does a beautiful cut on my very thick hair. I have never had a bad cut! The salon is just a short drive up I 35 from Austin.
