Haley the manager is one of the best hairstylist plus she’s got a great personality takes very good care of you when you’re there . I had one of the best experiences I will never go to another person then going to her for two years she’s just highly professional and does the job and if for some reason you’re not happy she will make sure you’re happy if it takes or 8 to 10 hours to do so LOL

The first experience was great. July 5th in the morning I went in. The only gal in the shop was personable but it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Extremely uneven haircut. I was not asked to have my hair washed even though the previous man got one. Its included in the price.

My daughter initially came for a highlight and color but the hair dresser turned her hair orange! It was awful! I got ahold of the manager, Annika, who was in the Waverly store. She immediately drove to cedar falls and fixed her hair! It turned out gorgeous. I don’t recommend this place unless you book with Annika! But she is a miracle worker and exceptional!

They permed my minor child’s hair without my permission, didn’t have her sign one of those chemical consent cards either. Her hair isn’t curly at all… Barely wavy… I requested the money back as she isn’t able to have it redone for several weeks as per the salon, the owner was reluctant to reimburse all the money so I decided I would agree to pay half the cost, she agreed to send half the money back.
