Lindsey was Amazing. I had called Sat very close to closing for an appointment the next day, i needed my hairdone last minute for a funeral. Lindsey fit me in. Once i sat in her chair and started talking i felt at ease. She did everything I wanted and my hair came out amazing. This is first time in 11yrs of going to a different stylist so i was a little scared. I love my hair so much i booked my daughter an appointment too. I will def be going back. Finding someone like her is hard . I am one of those people if i find a stylist i like i am loyal customer. So Lindsey def has a earned my loyalty.

Been going there for 5 years . Lyndsey is great she is great stylist and very nice I have hard time explaining things to people but she was very understanding when I first started going there and she just seemed to understand how I wanted my hair done. Even my girlfriend likes going to Lyndsey. And there all very nice and helpful . I won’t go anywhere else to get my haircut. It’s affordable and they have a good line of hair products to offer.

Well they overbook and then don’t find anyway to resolve the issue. So don’t bother making an appointment they will simply say “ohhhhh sorrry we can’t get you in” complete waste of time and unprofessional offering zero options for their complete lack of communication and time management. They really need to work more people here. Only two women were working when I went there. Which makes it very hard for them to concentrate on cutting hair properly. The phone kept ringing while I was there which took the one cutting my hair away from what she was doing several times. I didn’t realize till I got home and was able to brush my hair that she left the one side of the length of my hair uncut..which made it completely lopsided..so I had to even it up myself. I could not tell how bad it looks in the back because I only have one mirror. I have gone here previously and have had good haircuts but because of this time I will not be going back. If they had more stylists working I am sure I would have gotten a better cut but when a stylist has appointments waiting and having to answer the phone all the time..it would be hard to give anyone a good cut. Also,when I entered the woman who greeted me was very rude to me when I told her I did not have an appointment..she actually told me to come back. It says walk ins welcome on the door..I will definately NOT be coming back to cost cutters again in the future.

I had keratin hair straightening done yesterday by Lindsey and I am so thrilled with the results! She explained in detail the difference between that and chemical straightening to decide what option would suit me. Her knowledge put me at ease and she DEFINITELY knew what she was doing!
