I had a lovely experience. Love the new safety measures. Very clean and organized. Communication is a little difficult due to the language barrier but everyone’s nice if you’re patient with them! It’s almost like people only post reviews when it’s bad. Hoping they get the higher ratings they deserve from happy customers!

Not worth the price!! Mani was terribly applied, looks blotchy. Another worker tried to redo them since the lady did a terrible job but still doesn’t look clean. As for my pedi they scrubbed real hard to the point it left me scratches! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND HERE TO ANYONE

I wish that I could say that it was a good experience. At the heart of it, I believe they are good people. However, customer service isn’t their strength. They are rough in practice, and don’t seem to listen, care, or recognize the plea, “Please be gentle.” And this is the second time I’ve been quoted a price that went up when it was time to pay. I really wish living in America meant adapting to the American custom of treating customers with dignity and respect, not as $$$.

They massaged my hands and feet. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. I got a manicure and pedicure. My nails look great. It was worth the money.

Don’t go here. All my nails were different shapes and my white polish turned brown after 1 day. I took all my nails off and it hasn’t even been a full week they just aren’t neat at all. This is my 2nd time coming here i should’ve learned my lesson after the first time. Plus they’re so expensive for what. Acrylic nails

My sister and I went to get our nails done. Very happy that Kool Nails Spa at Culver City Westfield Mall is now open for business. The set up is different due to being in compliance to protect their business & customers from Covid-19. They have plexiglass protection setup for both manicure and pedicure. Everyone wears masks (staff & customer) and social distancing is practiced.

I went in there for a pedicure and it’s a language barrier so I was patient with that, The nail tech told me a price and I told her I just wanted the basic and I guess she didn’t like that answer and she had a attitude the rest of the time I gave a tip anyway but customer service goes a long way I work in customer service myself so I know how it goes That”s the only nail shop in there so you would think that they would be better with the attitudes

Critical: ProfessionalismI have had manicures at this place a few times. They are rude, average but reasonably priced. Today I wanted gel polish but did not have time for a manicure, but I did want my nails cut. The woman said it was $5 extra to cut my nails, which was fine. She seemed angry that I wasn’t getting a manicure because she said I really needed one. I explained to her I was in a rush and would get one later. In the middle of cutting my nails, she got really mad and refused service stating that if I wasn’t getting a manicure I couldn’t do gel polish!! I mean, will she decide what service I could or could not do? I felt so humiliated and bad, never going back to this place. The management of this nail salon should provide proper training to its staff.Services: Manicure, Gel manicuresI have had manicures at this place a few times.
