I have went here several times for waxing of the eyes and lip. Used to be $12 for ur eyes with an extra $3 for ur lip(which they used to never charge). I would give them 20 dollars so they get a 5 dollar tip or at least a lil bit of a tip, Now they charge $30 that is just mind blowing!!!!!!! An extra 15 dollars just to do ur eyes that only takes 3 mins to do.

I haven’t done much with my hair in years. So I was a little hesitant to cut and style. I took in some pictures and talked with Aiyana . She was amazing she was able to do exactly what I asked for. She listened and had great advice and kept me informed of her whole process. She is truly a gem. I’m definitely going back to see her. She is a great asset to the company.

I was going to leave a one star. I left a two star because when I was able to get a hair cut at this location it was ok. The last two times two times that I have been to this location I have actually walked out without a haircut first time girl rudely yelled that it was going to be 3 hours untill she could help me. Just left a minute ago without a haircut again one worker and told me it was going to be a long time. They close in 1 to 2 hours so I don’t know how that will work. I will go somewhere else they advertise walk-in s .doesn’t look true to me.

Have had haircuts there in the past and have not had any issues prior, the stylist listened and gave me what I wanted. This past visit, I asked for a bob cut and did not receive that. My hair is all one length, if that is what I wanted I would have asked for that. I was asked if it “looked good” and unfortunately I am unable to tell if it “looks good” if it isn’t styled and just air dried after being in the salon. I had to go home and style my hair before noticing that my hair was not done as I had asked. I didn’t call to complain because how can I trust that my hair is going to be fixed as needed. I likely won’t be returning due to this.

I I was last person on a Friday all I wanted was 2 to 3 inches off the bottom, layering to start by my ears. No I did not pay attention after she was done.. when I got home my husband said what happened to your hair? Now he never notice anything about my hair cuts before. So I knew it was bad. there was A chunk out of my one side. No I did not go back they will never cut my hair again.

I love the color, and she trimmed my hair so I could keep the same style and get the bangs out of my way!
