I rarely leave negative reviews but I had to speak up. I came in to have lip filler. I was going to CA the following week and wanted a refresher. The staff here is great. Very friendly and accommodating. The communication great. However, the skills of the woman who injected me…HORRIBLE! After the swelling went down, my lips were full of bumps, especially when I smiled. My lips looked awful! When I went to CA, I was so embarrassed. You can see the bumps in all my pictures from there. When I got back, I called and left a voicemail to tell them how bad my lips were. I got a text soon after from a manager, asking for pics. I took pics of the issues I had, and sent them. I was told the filler had settled and to come in and have my lips massaged to break the filler up. At my appointment my lips were heated, numbed, and a nurse massaged the bumps. Let me tell you, this was EXTREMELY painful, even after the numbing and something I hope I never have to experience again. Not every issue was massaged out, so the nurse had to dissolve some. When I left and the swelling went down the next day, my lips were uneven. There’s still a spot on my upper lip where the filler is close to the surface but I decided not to even go back. I shouldn’t of even had to go back the second time. I also feel that if I’m spending that kind of money, some sort of compensation for the dissolved filler I’d purchased should’ve been addressed however there was no mention.

Fantastic place!! Totally satisfied and happy with my cheek and lower face filler. Morgan is a top of the line injector (and I have been getting filler for over 15 years) so she is excellent in comparison. Mel, the consultant, is professional and friendly, and communicates patient needs accurately with the injector. Being new to Las Vegas, I am so happy that I found this place. Prices are fair and reasonable too!!

I went to FFA for the first time towards the end of 2023 and it was my first time getting lip fillers. 10/10 wonderful experience and explanations from the lovely ladies working both the desk end and the service end. Morgan was in charge of my injections and was so helpful and explained thoroughly the process and recreated exactly what I had wished for. Will definitely recommend to anyone and even first timers. Super happy!

I am so absolutely thrilled with the whole experience! I have never had anything done to my face and it was all a bit scary to me. The sweet lady at the front was so pleasant to talk to and made the first impression of the business so great. Morgan did the botox on my face and lips. She went over everything with me beforehand and answered any questions that I had about the procedure before starting. It wasn’t as bad as I made it seem in my mind and Morgan talked with me the whole time. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

I purchased the Botox and Juvederm Ultra through Groupon and they went through everything with me and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
