The girl who colored my hair I believe her name was Randa or something similar was extremely rude. She consistently was yelling across the salon and would be pulling, scraping, and yanking my hair. For context my hair is very short and I was previously blonde going to a darker shade. She not only got hair dye all across my face, neck, and ears but also forgot the timing on how long I was under heat with foils on my hair. When it came time for the haircut she refused to cut my hair into a cleaner version of what I currently have (Mohawk) and made another employee do the job my hair is cut and colored unevenly and the staff was rude to not only me but to other customers. When it came time to pay Randa was extremely rude and consistently giving attitude when I asked a question about why I was signing a new paper I’ve never signed before.

The girl who cut my hair did a decent job on my hair but then took a quarter of my eyebrow off when she waxed them. Then she tried to gaslight me by telling me they were even. Anyone with eyeballs could see that it was horrible. The whole experience was overall not good. I wasn’t a Karen about it but I made it known that it wasn’t right and I wouldn’t be paying for the waxing service and she was a total b about it. I paid for the haircut and tipped but I will never be going back. I understand you get what you pay for but my god she didn’t even apologize. Her last name was Goss. Didn’t catch her first name. Also she was complaining about taking her next guest saying how she didn’t want to be there all night. I was in the chair by 4:45 and she spent a total of maybe 15ish min with me. She had her baby there, which I was fine with, but she spent more time audibly complaining with her coworkers and taking care of her baby than she did doing a proper job. The way she spoke before everything went sideways (literally my left eyebrow is sideways ) was extremely unprofessional and you could just tell she didn’t want to be there and took no pride in her work. I’ve got to walk around for the next two to three weeks looking sideways and it’s not cool. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

The young lady named Randa did mine and my daughter (15 year old) hair for my husband and daughter’s father funeral. She was so nice and helpful. Usually I refuse to allow any Walmart salons to do my jair(so especially my daughter’s who is biracial byw) and for a funeral but I’m so glad that I did.she was am amazing person who talked and consoled us in our time of grief. Not everyone can do every races hair but she definitely did an outstanding job . Also i usually tip but not as much but deserved every single penny. Tbh I wish that she didn’t have to give any of the money to Walmart salons (she should have been able to keep EVERY SINGLE PENNY) she definitely needs to open her own salon so she doesn’t have to pay for a chair.

They did great! We spent quiet a bit of time their but the staff was awesome. They couldn’t get the hair color just the way we wanted it but gave us alternate ideas on what they could do! Anyways great job, ladies!

I have gone there for years, not anymore the floor was covered in hair along with the chairs people who should look professional were not, wrinkled clothes not looking clean a employees baby crawling around on the floor with all that filth and of course the hair cut l could have done long hairs were there shouldn’t have been above one ear was was cut so short l could see my scalp. Have got the same responses for others also. But if you pay your employees $7.50 l guess l wouldn’t care, l would quit rather then giving myself a bad reputation in hair cutting. Really sorry about the review the the company and employees need to come to a agreement.

My boyfriend went in For a Simple haircut even showed picture and the girl still manged to do it all wrong I mean there a vision center at the other end of you literally can’t see a picture and at least get it close we will never be back I’m pretty sure rays beauty school could of done a better job!!!!
