Customer service was good. I did love how my nails turned out but they did not last. Within 2 days one of my nails cracked and a few of them have shattered. I am left handed and the nails on my right hand almost all have cracks in them. I don’t really use my right hand so I found that strange. Left hand also have a few cracks. It’s been a week since I got my nails done and I am just not very happy they did not last. I got them done for a vacation and was a bit embarrassed to show my hands while in Miami. Unfortunately will not be going back.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail place. After reading reviews I decided to try this place and so glad I did. I got right in, and they did exactly what I wanted! My nail tech Jieanin was so sweet and careful with my nails. She didn’t cut me once while filing my nails either. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other nail salons so I was thankful that this place lived up to all of it’s reviews! the guy at the front desk was very friendly as well. Can’t wait to go back and try the awesome pedicures! Until then I know who will be doing my sparkle nails from now on!
