Not spending money here anymore. I was standing in the store on my phone and at the last minute I notice one of the guys who watches the store was standing by me looking at what I was doing on my phone, like seriously?. Don’t make paying customers feel uncomfortable. Everybody not stealing.

Worst establishment ever! Terrible customer service. Be prepared to be followed in the store, which is not a good way of making paying customers feel. Mexican guy who use to be security, but now promoted to the cash register is the worst. Always have a bad attitude. Will not be returning.

I’d bought a belt from here and it fell apart when I tried to wear it for the first time. I live in Aurora and only come to the city, about twice a month. The Asian lady gave me a hard time, saying it was over 14 days from the date of purchase. I had my receipt and everything. Finally I got store credit for $2.75 to spend now.

Normally I have an enjoyable experience shopping at this store but today was different. I calculated my total for myself because the cashier made a mistake and had to recount my total. We had a misunderstanding about the price and the taxes applied. I politely tried to tell the Asian guy working there but instead of hearing me out, he blew my concerns off. He abrasively told me that all the prices are the same in Chicago and that if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. He also stated that they had just adjusted the cash register yesterday as if my phone calculator was inaccurate. His tone and disregard for my concern was disrespectful to say the least. I give them two stars because you don’t talk to or treat people any kind of way when they’re trying to gain understanding.
