Kathy, the owner, is super good at what she does. She understands how to protect your nails and give you the best quality service. Cosmic Nails is the hidden gem of the Southampton. I didn’t realize it was in town, but it’s now my go-to place. Kathy, the owner, is super good at what she does. She understands how to protect your nails and give you the best quality service. My favorite part about Cosmic Nails is that its a small salon and one person goes at a time. It’ll give you the chance to really relax. I definitely recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI should have listened to the most recent review about Cathy over booking her clients… I went in for an early afternoon appointment that should have lasted an hour and ended up lasting almost 2 hours before I finally had to get up and leave. As I sat and waited for her to start my nails, multiple other customers walked in and had to walk back out due to her time mismanagement.I understand that there is a shortage of workers in the Hamptons due to a lack of housing, but that’s no excuse for booking three people in the same time slot when there’s only one person to tend to everyone.I hope she stops doing this to her customers, as people seem to like her and want to pay for her services.Overall, I’d say this was a very negative experience. If you have time for a 3 hour mani/ pedi, this place might be worth the wait. I’m so picky and felt she was very thorough not rushing at all like some other salons out here. My toes look perfect. Her massage was deep and she actually focused on my shins & heels which were hurting before. She felt it without me telling her. Don’t hesitate, call for an appointment. I won’t go anywhere else now. I love this spa! Hidden gem. Had the green tea pedicure with Susan. I’m so picky and felt she was very thorough not rushing at all like some other salons out here. My toes look perfect. Her massage was deep and she actually focused on my shins & heels which were hurting before. She felt it without me telling her. Don’t hesitate, call for an appointment. I won’t go anywhere else now. This salon is by far the best place I’ve been to in years. I had a horrible gel manicure in Tribeca (in the city) yesterday and I couldn’t live with it. I went to Cosmic today and not only did they redo my hands, but they spent 2 hours on it and did an incredible job! I will only do my mani and pedi in the Hamptons with Cathy and Linda going forward. 5 stars and I would give 6 if it was possible!
