Warning! Unfortunately it was the worst experience for me and I’m not a stranger to medical spas. I was given very little information about my treatment. The appointment was very rushed and also there were no mention about a male doctor attending the procedure. I was left with scars that didn’t heal after 4 months. It looks like some of them I’ll be keeping for the rest of my life. I contacted the spa and Elain promised to send me a refund, that I never received. Definitely the most unprofessional experience.

Getting Laser and electrolysis is not fun. It’s not something that I look forward to. It’s something that I’ve wanted for a very long time though and have finally been able to do. The service I received here is second to none. Elaine is a nice person. Her office is clean, laid-back, no stress. I feel like I’m going to see a friend when I go out there now.
