Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called John he returned my call a week later. I called big h after he gave me his business card. When I called him he did not answer but instead sent me a text saying he did not recognize my number. How would you recognize my number if I’m a new customer? None the less I replied to him stating I was a customer looking to set an appointment, I received no response. I called John he returned my call a week later. I called big h after he gave me his business card. Positive: ValueVisited here for the first time and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. It was an early afternoon weekday so I had the luxury of immediately getting into a chair. I had a mess of a beard when I walked in and I was trimmed and edged up pretty clean. I’ll definitely look to go back.
