Me and my sister took an appointment at 2 pm, we got there at 145…they sat us down, was pretty quick with that! But it was only at 245 when they finally decided to work on 1 of us! She started to take my nail polish off, then in the middle of mine using the same utensils started to take my sisters off.

This picture shows my SECOND set of gel nails. This was supposed to be them fixing the first set because it began looking like this after only 2 days. Then again, this set did the same thing. I do not recommend this place for a gel manicure.

Ok first of all this is Forney Texas. I had a gel mani and pedi and have never paid this much. Second I like the people alright,but they don’t really massage or have “extras” and didn’t massage at all with manicure aside from paraffin wax which I could care less about, it’s like you are buying a time share the lady who did my feet just wanted to on the sly upcharge me. I wanted a deluxe manicure which by the way I get stellar service at the place in Dallas proper for way less and they have way better service without the upsell. I had no idea my bill would come out this much for as little was done. The money isn’t the issue it’s that they do it without communicating it. I will never ever be back here I can drive to Dallas for more honest and better service.

Hands down the VERY best pedicure around!!! I recently moved from Forney to Crossett and have yet to find someone up to Citrus Nail standards. We were massaged to such a relaxed state!!! Pedicures literally are the BEST for the DFW area, not playing!!! Helen, Kimmy and Hanna were amazing for pedicure and eyebrow waxing.

I went in last week and was seated in a pedicure chair and they turned the water on. I was never offered a drink. The water was about to overflow and the nail technician working on someone next to me had to turn the water off. I sat there for 30 minutes and the water went cold. Dozens of employees walked past me looking at me and never did anything. I dried my feet off and left. The manager chased me down and apologized that she forgot about me. They tried to make it right but I won’t be going back. Not sure what changed because this nail salon used to be great. My gel manicure is already peeling after 1 week.

I will never, ever. Let me say it one more time, ever! Come back to this place again. I have gotten service from this place about 6-7 times and it was somewhat okay. Some days i liked what they did to my nails and some days i didnt but i never complained about it. What really bothered me is that they pick and choose who they offer drinks to. First time i thought it was a coincidence, but when i noticed that this was their norm. I had to say something about it.
