I went to this place on my birthday!!!!! Took them 3 hours to do my nails and feet and they came out horrible!!! Paint lines didn’t do the cuticles. Parts of my toe nails were not even painted. I could tell the lady who did them was rushing but I but I trusted that she would do a good job because i had been there before. Will never go back to this place. But she made sure she got my tip. Plus one was coming off within a week… zero stars.

Went to do a pedicure with Peter and he was very kind. He took his time cutting my toe nails and cleaning them, however he did cut my toe a little, so it was burning when it was touched by alcohol, but he was still very nice.

My daughter got her nails done there and the owner did them for her I was not ther to see them when she got home one of her design came off plus 4 of her nails when crooked when I took my daughter the owner said it was her fingers I said no she gets nails done and they don’t leave them crooked she was so upset she told my daughter I was picky please don’t got there. She is such b plus she likes to talk about us in her lenguaje.

I’ve been coming to Cordova Nails for almost 4 years now. I always schedule an appointment and almost always have the same person, of which, I will not mention names. This last visit was very embarrassing and they’ve lost my upmost respect. After a full set was done and paid for, I then asked for her to break a $20 to give her a $15 dollar tip. She takes the $20 and then kept grabbing my change, then makes a scene and very loudly tells me, “I need to go back to school.” Then says, “I don’t know math. I was totally dumbfounded. She was so in the wrong and made a scene like I was ripping her off or something. I know we all have bad days but this was over the top!

They rip you off! Tell you one price over the phone and try to charge you more while inside. They’re not professional and customer service is the worst. I live 3 minutes from them but will drive up to an hour just to not go there.

5 star it was my first time going to Cordova nails. Not only was the staff nice but patient with me as well. My brother had just got killed and I wanted to do my nails to rep him before I traveled home. It was hard I kept changing the colors of nail but the tech was so patient

Over priced and terrible service. Not relaxing very judgemental when I first walked in . My first and last time. 30 for a manicure no color and 35 for pedicure no color just plain when I asked for color on the feet he said 10 dollars but didn’t do the white polish. But still tried to charge me 75 upon leaving. Environment was dirty and they did everything backwards my hands were never soaked in water until after the manicurist filed and clipped my cuticles . When I mentioned it she had an attitude like I was crazy never ever ever again
