The Staff is nice and courteous but avoid going when it is almost closing time. The young lady who assigned me a booth for tanning forgot that I was in there and she left the place and locked me in. It was a nightmare and I stayed inside for almost 20 minutes. I had to call another Copper tan in Wellington to ask for help. So far, not even one person has contacted me to offer me an apology for the hard time.

I am sharing experience on behalf of my granddaughter. I find it deplorable that a manager will not help out or understand the concerns of a customer. My granddaughter signed a contract with copper tan, but was never told by detail each line of that she was signing she use the establishment for maybe two months before she had to move. She had called in to cancel the service. The receptionist that took her call. Did not tell her at all that she had to come in to cancel. Eight months pass by thinking it was canceled because she was not withdraws from her account, and all of a sudden she gets an almost $600 bill for a person living paycheck to paycheck you have to understand. That this was devastating for my granddaughter. When you tried to call someone, they don’t call you back the manager sends her employee to talk the customer. When you ask for someone above the manager, there is no one do not use this establishment as they are thieves and liars.

I had a membership with south tanning in wellington and I canceled on Feb 22 22 2022 and I had to pay for March because I canceled at the end of Feb. Well they sold it to copper tan and copper tan has been stealing money from my bank account .how could they steal money from someone that canceled in Feb I tried to get my money back and they refused I talked to the better business burrow and filling a complaint threw the better business and a. This location was very very clean the lady working today was very personable great smile made you feel like you were the only customer there, even though that was not the case. When I was done with my session she was with a client but she ran out using my name and said have a great day.

So disappointed. Been a Club Member for 6 years and the service has steadily gone down to the point I hesitate to visit. The Boynton Beach staff is constantly changing and they don’t value the customer at all. I thought the Wellington salon was going to be different but some of the staff is very immature and are combative and dismissive. One example. I have been using the same beds for the past 6 months 2-3 times a week. One day I come in and I’m told that a note has been put on my account that I cannot use those beds anymore without paying an additional $10. I was SO confused. I asked if the rates were changed across the board by management or is it only MY account that is subject to an increase? I was told the increase was only on my account and ‘is just the way it is” and she couldn’t answer “why”. She said the manager just left when I came in and I would get a call back the next day with an explanation. That was 6 days ago and even though I’ve called twice and sent emails to corporate, no one has gotten back to me. I’m frustrated and feel so disrespected and not valued as a long time member.

LOVE this place! I’ve been going to coppertan for years and they are by far the best tanning salon in South Florida. Lots of locations, the girls are friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of products and very clean too. They offer lay downs, stand ups, red-light, and spray tans. Leslie, the manager at this particular location is awesome and really cares about her salon and customers, and it shows!

This establishment has taken 500-600 dollars from my associates account multiple times even though she no longer uses these services, she has tried to have it canceled and her money returned DO NOT use this establishment unless you randomly want hundreds of dollars taken from your account and never returned.
