Rather than just take my money, they were very honest and told me I was not a good candidate as there wasn’t enough to remove. They are NOT high pressure sales which I appreciate so much. I’ve had a series of both Classic Emsculpt (for those hard to train areas) and Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and have been very pleased with the results. I recently visited Cooldsculpting of Southlake and met both Dr. Mitchell and Charity Bentley. After my first visit I immediately noticed a huge difference in a 22 year-old surgical scar. Wow, I am amazed! I have also had treatment for cellulite on my belly and buttocks. Today I had my second treatment and they were on-time and the treatment was easy. There is nothing painful or uncomfortable about the procedures I have had or the professional, knowledgeable staff on board. Charity was informative and went out of her way to make me feel at ease. Wow!! That’s what I said when I saw my before and after pictures. I got SOOOO excited . I underwent the skin tightening treatment with Exilis Sculpting and my end results were fabulous over the course of 3 months! Be patient (easier said than done, Lol) and give this a try before even thinking about plastic surgery. I’m glad I did! Sadie was my esthetician, she’s beautiful and super nice!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI researched many places before coming to this location.I paid several thousand dollars for one treatment and was told that there would be a second treatment as part of the package.When I came back for the second treatment they wanted an additional several thousand. I was extremely clear about what my price range was from the very beginning and over communicated my needs of lower abdomen but for the price of arms, I could add that & then come back fora 2nd treatment. As a result of extreme negligence by staff in breaking down the pricing, using lingo that is not in layman’s terms or how the process works to be clear-I feel sad, scammed and measurements did not change at all.My discussion with Rebecca took no ownership of miscommunication or helpful solutions to resolve the problem. No willingness to find or correction. My approach was kind, courteous with a willingness to work on a solution. It was responded to with disdain, no ownership and it was truly hurtful. I was left feeling pretty dumb.This may not be everyone’s experience but this happened to me-and so this is written in hopes it never happens to anybody else.
