The beautician did not apply decongestion, no cream, no ice block, no cold air , all this was offered to me in other salons where I did Bikini epilation before. it was very painful, I screamed. hair fell out after two weeks, I saw that many places were missed. if you go for bikini laser hair removal, stock up on your ice block.

Customer service is not up to par and I had to wait for almost an hour to be seen. My appointment was for 5:30, I was called in after 6:22 and they completed my facial by 7. They rescheduled me for another facial 30 minute. I will continue to provide updates.*Update*Please take note that this is how a business should be run when it comes to making sure their customers are satisfied! My facial was upgraded, the facial itself was wonderfully done, and the customer service was great. I’ve recently developed a slight obsession for Balencia! Between their outstanding services and their wonderful product line-I’m hooked!! Cecelia is absolutely amazing! Her HydroFacial is such a treat, really. Relaxing environment, education on the process and enjoyable conversations only add to the overall experience. I visited Balencia for a Coolsculpting consultation and again for the treatment itself. Both times the receptionists were very friendly and professional. The waiting area was very serene and peaceful (there are some nice water fountains and candles which are pretty and the chairs are very comfortable) I did not have to wait long, and the doctor who saw me was very polite and answered all the questions I had. For my Coolsculpting treatment they made sure I was very comfortable for everything and offered me pillows and blankets. The doctor took “before” pictures at different angles, then lead me to a room where there was a bed to lay down on. The treatment felt a bit weird at first, but not painful (I treated the extra fat on my abdomen- there is a gel pad which is applied over the area, then the machine has a suction which grabs the area over the gel pad and then feels cold until the area goes numb. It probably took about 8-10 mins or so to get completely numb); each treatment on both sides took about 30mins. Both the nurses and doctor checked in on me a couple times during each treatment which was really considerate. The machine sounds a bit like white noise, so during the first treatment I think I actually fell asleep at one point. I recommend bringing comfortable clothes to wear for the treatments- I brought some sweatpants and slippers which kept me nice and warm since the treatments were a bit cold. Then the doctor explained what to expect after the treatments were finished and I was given some instructions as well to take home. Overall my experience was very organized, thorough, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend getting anything done there, especially Coolsculpting!
