This salon was recommended by a friend, I went once and the team seem very nice, the stylist said she would check into what i was needing for my hair- however when I tried to reach out to the stylist for a follow up she would not take my call i text as well and call the shop and left word for her to reach back too me and days later still no response from her. My advise is to keep looking for another stylist as customers do not deserve to be treated the way this lady did me. I’ve heard the same thing happens to other customers that have gone to this shop.

Heather always does a great job with my hair. I have very thin and baby fine hair and there’s not much that can be done to help it but Heather always makes it look the best. Now I’m addicted to the lash extensions. No more need for mascara with these extensions.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI went in asking if someone could help me with my extensions and lashes. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the lady was not there and when she finally showed up she started with another person and started to cut his hair. When she looked at my extensions and I told her want I wanted she told me to come back the next day . Which I did . When on arriving on my appointment time she needed more time . I decided to go somewhere else due to the bad experience that I had . When receiving my extensions back it looked really bad . As if they were used and really bad tangled. And when questioned about the lashes she didn’t have time. would not recommend this place to anyone . She over books appointments. Advice to this salon . Is ask questions to make sure you can do what the customer is asking , don’t over book . If you can’t tell the customers you can’t and move on . I went here a while back and they had a lady claiming she did lash extensions. She glued partial strip lashes onto my own and I couldn’t even drive myself home because my eyes burned so bad and I couldn’t open them. When I went somewhere else to get them fixed they had to rip out my lashes because glue dissolver wouldn’t even break up the amount of glue they put on my lashes. It looks like they could have a new lash tech now, but be careful and make sure you see what they are about to put on your eyes. I haven’t been back since.
