For someone who I assume is the owner of a salon marketed specifically for kids hair cuts, the lady who cut my kids hair didn’t seem to like kids very much at all.

Took my son for his first haircut, had an appointment. Waited 15 mins with a toddler when we first go there. The older lady managed to give my son a hair cut, but cut him / made him bleed twice. Sprayed him with water without warning, was a bit aggressive to the point the kid cried. She didn’t seem to have patience or take her time to ease babies into the cut. The mom before me seemed to be having a difficult time as well.

We showed them a picture of what we wanted for our daughter. The hairdresser said “no problem”. She the proceeded to cut it too short and quite different from what we showed. When we asked her later she explained that our daughter’s hair wasn’t suitable for the haircut we wanted. Then why did you say “no problem” ?!?!?!?!?!

We have been there 3 times. I kept giving the place another chance but the stylists aggressive and mean demeanor toward both myself and my scared toddler is unacceptable. she certainly didn’t do anything to help ease his fears, but exacerbated them. I’ll be seeking a place where they can treat children gently and with patience. Thanks for the balloon though I guess…

The lady who cut my sons hair did a horrible job. When I asked her to fix it and to cut it shorter she said no she’s done. I stood there in aw and just paid so we could leave. I definitely don’t recommend going there. My sons hair isn’t lined up and is uneven. Haircut

Critical: QualityI was very disappointed with the haircut my son received. My son has been growing his hair out and his plan was to do so until COVID was over. We went in only for a trim and shape. The stylist did not listen to the request of having just a trim and cut off 5 inches of hair. Gave him funky bangs when we said to leave them long. The technique was very poor. I will never go back. She also insisted on a side part on the wrong side. He can wear a side part on the opposite side or in the middle. When we tried to move it , she put it back. I think to hide the terrible job. We use to go to Snippets, but they closed. Now we looove Cool Tops!! Competitively priced for the area and such a fun experience for little girls (and boys I’m sure). The couple stylists we’ve had were very sweet and patient. They even get candy and a balloon at the end! What’s not to like?

Fantastic lay out, workers and especially great hair cuts. Not the best hours, website on storefront leads no where, hours not on door, and kind of pricey, but if you want a fast very attractive haircut for a elementary school kid or younger, they can’t be beat
