Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWent in for a plain pink acrylic fill and when I noticed the color of acrylic that was being put on wasn’t matching up I asked if it was going to match at the end and was told that it would. (This was right after he put fresh acrylic on one hand) at the end I said I wasn’t happy because it didn’t blend like it had previously. This would be the third time getting a fill of the same thing. When I told him I wasn’t happy he asked if I wanted to cut them off and start new and I said I guess so then he stated that it would be more expensive when it was his mistake in the first place so I said no can we just cover it will gel and he gave me the color swatches and then aggressively started filing off the clear top coat and drilling aggressively at this point I was trying not to cry because not only was I frustrated but he was rude and being aggressive and he noticed and said if I didn’t like the way he does things then I need to get someone else to do it and he asked what I wanted so I stated that I just wanted to leave because I was having a full blown anxiety attack at this point. I’ve never had issues with this place before this so it’s super disappointing to have been treated this way. Went in for a plain pink acrylic fill and when I noticed the color of acrylic that was being put on wasn’t matching up I asked if it was going to match at the end and was told that it would. (This was right after he put fresh acrylic on one hand) at the end I said I wasn’t happy because it didn’t blend like it had previously. This would be the third time getting a fill of the same thing. I have never been more disappointed in a pedicure. Everything was an up sell and cost extra and when I stated for the third time I wanted the basic pedicure without gel, I was treated rudely and she didn’t even fully take off my old polish because that cost extra. She wouldn’t look at me or my feet until she painted and the paint job was lumpy and there are several toes with paint on the end – my 8 year old could do better. Not friendly or skilled…

I brought in my own polish and when I left there I ran an errand and I noticed that I had dirt stuck to my freshly polished toes. The topcoat was so sticky (which was their product) and I got home to take it off and I can barely get the polish off. I don’t know what products they use but it was not the correct products for a regular pedicure. Very disappointing and will never go back.

Alright peeps I gave this place a 3 star she did good with the dipped nails the color is amazing but the shaping not so much! My nails were everywhere! She also did my cuticles after putting color on. I thought that was different but then again I don’t know the dipped process very well. The other two girls I went with got good service but also complained about the shaping.

So happy with my nails!!! It was $45 for acrylics with gel on top. Lena was my nail artist and she was so nice and answered all my questions. Update: the second time ai went I got a different lady and my fingers got all cut up. The job was not good and was unsanitary. Will not return. She charged me $70 for a fill and pedicure when it should have been $55 like I was quoted on the phone. Very unhappy. I let her know she cut me but she still charged me 70 and just said sorry.

First concern extremely dirty. They don’t wash their hands after each customer and there is no sanitary procedure with the equipment they use. For that alone they should be shut down. As far as customer service is concerned, extremely rude staff. I believe any of the good reviews on here have to be some of the owners because the way they treated me and the customers around me was enough to justify leaving right there in then. I had called ahead of time because I needed to be in an out at a certain time to pick up my children. I was assured that I would get a 2 PM appointment. When I arrived they barely acknowledged me and when they finally did about 10 minutes later they sat me down at one of the pedicure chairs and made me wait. I have a feeling because I seen this a couple of times before that they will lie to their customers to get them in there and make them wait compelling them to stay after all that waste of time they spend. Because I knew this I left after 30 minutes and no one seem to care anyway. I could not justify what was going on around me with customers tiptoeing around them for nail services, and just the rude abrasive treatment towards me. Not to mention I had kids to pick up. I wouldn’t even look in the direction of that place anymore if I were you.
