An amazing experience from start to finish. My toddler was recognized from beginning to end, they made sure to have distractions and stop when texture issues or overwhelming items occurred. A clean play area is available for the short wait time. Using the app to schedule an appointment was easy and a highly recommended! Will be going back!

I really hesitate to make appointments for my kid here. They never smile or say please thank you or your welcome or have a great day no manners at all. I feel like I’m always being rushed to leave cause some of them make it very obvious they do not want to be there or are annoyed when my 2 year old is a little freaked out cause he’s not big on haircuts. It’s like they are all emotionless. Calling to make and appointment is even more awkward I still feel as they are in a hurry to get off the phone. They do great work on my boys hair but the hospitality or any sort of care lacks. I guess I just drew the short straw on this place. 3 bad experiences no greeting when we walk in the door. Not for me and definitely wouldn’t reccomend.
