I took my son to cookie cutters and it was such a pleasant experience for us. The environment was comfortable, the cut looks amazing, and the hairstylist was so nice and patient. they even gave my other child a balloon even though she didn’t get a haircut and I thought that was super nice. Definitely recommend this place for haircuts for children!! I know we will go back.

I have NEVER in my life experienced someone so rude. All we did is walk in and ask if they had any appointments. They said no and then my toddler with asthma starting coughing WHILE covering her mouth and the lady at the desk yelled at her to cover her mouth. I said she did and she proceeded to argue with me and yell at me in front of the whole store. I now understand the negative reviews. If you want someone to treat your child kindly, go somewhere else.
