McKenzie is awesome she cuts my hair to perfection everytime. This place is awesome and every staff member is great. The understanding here is you get what u pay for and because of the quality work and the time invested I would pay $50 bucks because of these ladies awesome work. Bewildered. Booked an appointment online for my 12yo son for 1:15 today with Ashley. Showed up at 1:05ish, stylist in first bay asked if we had an appointment and confirmed it was with Ashley while looking at the computer. As a first timer, we don’t know who’s who. Waited. And waited. Multiple guys come in, get cuts, and leave. Son is restless, I tell him to be patient, they’re working hard. At 1:45 I’m getting antsy. Several stylists (all of them?) have been to the register at least once, no one says a word to us. At 2pm, 45 minutes after appt time, a stylist is at the computer and they’re talking about who we are and who we’re waiting for. Girl at register asks our name, she looks at another stylist and says “no, they’re YOURS” and 2nd stylist (presumably Ashley) says “oh” and rolls her eyes and shrugs. This same girl was available when we first arrived and was just helping clean. Guess she never looked at her schedule? But the girl in the first bay who *knew* who we were waiting for said nothing that whole time? None of the other stylists asked us who we were waiting for or acknowledged us for 45 minutes? We walked out. Any one of the employees could have rectified by asking a question. And if ANY of them had said “oh my gosh we’re so sorry for the delay/confusion…” it would have helped.
