I was in the area stopped by for services. Let me start by saying I patronize businesses often and I don’t want to leave a negative review however, it’s IMPERATIVE. The lady pictured below treated me HORRIBLY upon walking in she didn’t want to help with finding the colors( just showing me where it was located), she didn’t show my sister where to get hot towels after manicure. I sat down with the selected SNS she grabbed it started putting it on the color wasn’t the colors. She refused to get them for me to show she just insisted it was the same. I got another color asked about design and she stated, “We don’t do designs”….At this point I was upset because, I saw photos online with designs which means you are providing, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to customers! I have natural nails and she was being aggressive and rude like she just didn’t want to serve me. A white women walked in everyone in the shop stopped what they were doing to great her. I then inquired about my pedicure and she said I thought you didn’t want anymore. I literally was about to cry these people don’t care for black folks and it was made obvious. I’m sick of these people coming into communities making money and don’t want to serve BLACK PEOPLE! The very same people that YOU CHOOSE to offer services too. I then asked the guy that polished my toes what her name was and how long she worked there he refused to give it to me. Ladies especially my women of color do not go here! If you think I’m exaggerating read the other one star reviews. I was there over an hour ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Let me start off by saying I have been going to this nail salon for 3 years, but I will no longer frequent this place. Every time you go the price changes.They went from $88.00, $100.00, to $110.00. I selected the $40.00 pedicure and the young lady told me it was going to be $60. I understand gel is more but a whole $20.00.It is normally $15.00. That is when I concluded the tip is already included. I did not get any designs or anything special. The pedicure cost more than my nails. Last time I came my price was $100.00 for both and that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. They never charge you what the sign says. I thought it was just me.The nail owner told me she charges me what she wants to charge me and laughed. This was my first time in 3 years not leaving a tip.It really hurt my heart because I was a loyal customer and so was my friend but we will not continue to give our money to a place like this. You do not treat your loyal customers like this.Rose it has been a pleasure but I refuse to let you keep taking advantage of me and my friend.You just lost two loyal customers.

Charging twice as much for half the services I get anywhere else. Prices too high for such little.There are plenty of nail salons I suggest trying somewhere else – at least the guy who did my pedicure did a great job.

Critical: QualityThese nails were done an hour ago. This does not look professional or new. They do not do simple nail art, the nails are very crooked, and thick. This FILL-IN took 2 hours. Another lady inside was charged $44 for a manicure she didn’t receive. They cut her cuticles and painted her nails! This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and been unpleased. I only gave 1 star bc the job was done but not done professionally. They are horrible. 1st they are rude speaking in their own language when you don’t like the work done. They are overpriced for messy work. The man that did my feet did a messy job on it with crooked French tips. The woman that did my nails clearly saw I was pregnant and had me twisting in uncomfortable positions to get to my other hand while my feet were being done instead of walking over to my other side to start my nails. I had to say ma’am I cannot sit like that!! She left 6 fingers with left over polish that is still on my tips of my fingers, unpolished fronts of my acrylics…Never going back their again. Dont waste your money there. Great service goes a long way and they do not have that!!!
