I asked if they worked with locs …. I was told yes…. The woman that did my hair DOES NOT know how to work with locs. She used grease left me sticky. She overcharged me . One of the braiders with her clients kept talking and making side hand comments about me. I did not feel comfortable and I will not be returning to this location. It’s experiences like this that make it hard to support local businesses. I want to support women minority owned businesses but not when events like this occur. Extremely let down….

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called today for an appointment and received a text message asking what style did I want. I replied and stated I would like cornrows and sent the picture of style.I told them what time I can get there which would be when I got off from work at 530I get there someone was getting braids done. I thought I was next then someone else came with a small child and said they had came before me and did i mind if they started on the child’s hair I said no problem. I waited patiently and I am watching the lady braid the child’s hair which seemed very rough and the child was in pain. The lady was very annoyed with the child and displayed a very bad attitude which made me say oh nooo she will not braid my hair. She stated I could wait for the other lady to finish because she had to leave. I was happy about that because I did not like her vibe. Then again I waited. Long story short I didn’t leave until 9 pm. My hair looks good but the service is poor there.Another girl was there and stated she was there at 2 but was told to come back and when she did the lady that braided my hair said it was too late. Her name is Amina by the way.The owner apparently (Conde) was away in Atlanta.This woman was extremely upset .Conde you need to fix that because your employees are not professional at all. Alot of attitude and your too pricey $90 for 7 cornrows. Loved loved loved my experience at Conde’s – Sofie and Alfie did an amazing job, taking my initial vision for a duo tone box braid look and completely surpassing my expectations with such creativity!! My natural hair is thick but uneven and quite short in some areas (I suffered some hair loss after the birth of my son) They gave me a recommendation on the spot that made it seem as if I had no problem areas at all. The timing was also good, just 7 hours to complete this look (included previous braid removal and wash/condition). They ensured the look was sealed in and that all ends were tapered as well!! I cannot reccomend them enough!

Wow, it was my first time there and I loved it. Their service were outstanding, the hair dresser did a magnificent job on my hair. And, I met the owner, she was very profesional and nice. I highly recommend this hair Salon, I will definitely be back!

They don’t deserve a star period. First, off they’re EXTREMELY unprofessional and they don’t values customers. I got 8 braids going into a style of lemonade braids the first top 3 braids in the front were to much on a curve verses straight. I wasn’t pleased and I ask the lady could she fix it and she caused a scene while demanding to take all my braids out. She also ranted about how damaged my hair was in front of the whole salon like that had anything to with the braids curving the wrong way. My hair is natural and I’ve been natural for a year and I did the big chop a year ago however, I do have scatter short pieces but that’s just the way my hair grows… Surprisingly , there was one hair dresser in there with common sense and she fixed the three braids in the front for me and told me she understood what I was speaking about.. I regret spending $100 in this place my cousins referred me to go to this foul place. I normally go to bebe’s long story short they just lost their old customers as well. I don’t recommend them at all if your going to spend money make sure it’s worth it also I was required to hold hair while getting my hair braided like there wasn’t 10 booster seats not being used.. like what..

If you enjoy being spoken about while getting your hair done then this is the place for you. The women in the shop are RUDE. Will talk about you in a different language (French) and if it weren’t for my understanding of french i would’ve had no idea. You would think that women who boast about being from africa would have the patience to deal with natural black hair. Every time I’ve walked into this salon i was advised to perm my hair because my hair texture “wasn’t nice.” the shop owner has her children running around the establishment which wouldn’t be a problem had they been well behaved. Overall very unorganized. The prices are constantly fluctuating and is highly dependent on word of mouth. Would not recommend!! It is so uncomfortable hearing people discuss you right in front of you!! And when you ask them about it they will deny. Would NEVER spend my hard earned money here again. Save yourself the energy

Made an appointment for 10:30, she showed 1.5 hours later. She refused to blow dry my hair saying it was too thick. Made me go to a salon across the street to pay an extra 25 for blow dry and straighten (said if I didn’t she refused to braid). Hair was horrible. Took it out after 1 week.
