I just moved to the area and use a service next door. I was rudely told that I was in the salon parking by a mean woman, the space was not even marked correctly. I also need to find a hair stylist for my family of 5 but could not imagine wanting to deal with people that are disgruntled for something that should be enjoyable.

DO NOT buy a Groupon for this location or if it’s listed as “Raymi Urban Spa” or “Hilton Spas”. It’s a scam and they took my money. They’re “good” scammers too cause they make it look legit with a an appointment time, your massage therapist, etc. and once you arrive to the plaza…nothing there and no one to help you except a lady who’s sending BS messages through text and then became passive aggressive. Again DO NOT book a Groupon or trust this business. Scammer!!!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI purchased a gift certificate ($200 + $40 tip) from Complements at A Hilton Salon & Spa for a friend of mine living in Phoenix. Neither she nor I received any email or notification from the spa after purchasing. I went to my bank and had them stop payment. Later my bank said this was a legitimate charge and reversed the stop payment. $240 was deducted from my account on 2/9/2021. I have called the owner to find out when my friend could schedule her visit. The owner will not honor the purchase. My friend has also contacted the owner with no success.I am extremely upset. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Everyone is super friendly, polite, and efficient. People compliment me on my hair, and ask for a recommendation, so I can confidently say that my stylist Margaret is a pro at what she does. There are text and email reminders before your appointment and I love that. Great job everyone!

Really awesome people who work here. Take the time to work with you and listen to what your wanting. Friendly and welcoming. Never get my hair done always dreaded what I thought it would be like. I purchased 2 groupons for Swedish massages well over a year and half ago and have yet been able to use them. I scheduled an appointment at one time using the voucher and had to cancel about a week before the appointment. They said no problem, just call back when you would like to re-schedule. I have since tried to re-schedule about 5 times, but have been unable to due to the spa turning me down to the “used” vouchers. I have requested a call back from the owner several times now and have gotten no response. The vouchers purchased were well over $160 that have just gone to waste. Every employee I have spoken with there has been 0 help and extremely unprofessional. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. At this point, I don’t even want to go to this place of business, I just want my money back.

Courtney is amazing. I moved in the summer last year and had been with my hairstylist for about 7 years. It is difficult to trust someone new with my hair. I found Courtney because I am friend’s with her sister. Well, Courtney did not disappoint. Her knowledge of hair color was great. And the haircut was wonderful too. I tried another place in town after this first time with Courtney and was very disappointed. I only tried a new place because Compliments is about 45 mins from my house. I have decided the drive is worth having great color and a fantastic cut. I highly recommend Courtney!

Compliments at A Hilton Salon & Spa is a warm inviting place. From the moment I got there I was greeted immediately by the receptionist and attended by my hairdresser. My hairdresser Jessica is AMAZING!! She asked what I wanted and gave me a really great style not to mention she was able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in on a last minute appointment at closing time. I tend to be a very picky client and she was very considerate to my needs. I am very happy with this place.

Came for a one hour massage through Groupon. Tina was my therapist, and did an amazing job. I’ve been to massage therapy before, so I like to think I know what I’m talking about. 🙂 Not sure I could afford the massage at regular price ($75) but they have a monthly program that is $60 and includes massage.

I have been to many salons and have never loved going back, at Compliments I was suprised to finally be satisfied with the services I recieved. I paid the regular prices, even though they were a little more pricey I understood since its a high class salon and because of how fabulous my highlights looked. Not only was it easy to book an appointment, but, my stylist, Alison was able to match my roots with some low lights to keep it natural. Also, I’ve never had such a great manicure. I enjoy how my nails never chip or break, and the nail tech was not only friendly, but she was very helpful with my odd work hours and she even saw me when she wasnt scheduled. Thank you Compliments crew for doing an outstanding job!
