I made an appointment to get my gel manicure taken off, I had broken three of my nails and was on my way to an interview. One of the women that worked there was very nice and put the soaking materials on my nails. However, she moved on to another client and Mary came over to finish my nails. She was very rough and surly while taking off the gel, forcefully pulling the tinfoil off and roughly scraping my nails. One of my nails had completely ripped off and she didn’t even ask if I wanted the other nails cut to match the length. The two broken nails she didn’t even bother to do anything with. She barely filed the nails after removing the gel.

Everytime I go there, I leave happy, never had a problem. They do an excellent job on gel nails. I see Mary ( all of them are execellent) and she is very accommodating on scheduling my appointments for me. I recommend them !!!

Great first visit! I just moved to the area and looking for a good place to get my nails done regularly. I think i found it! I did call ahead. Very friendly staff, my gel manicure is beautiful, and they do have a cuatomer loyalty card. It was only first visit but I plan to go back.

They have little to no wait time and they are so nice. I love the vibe and service. I bring my 6yr old daughter, the owner usually comes running toward her and gives her a huge hug and thinks she is the cutest kid in the world.
